This is my 14th year at Win-E-Mac School. I am very excited to meet my new class, and get them ready for the time of their lives...lifelong learning! After 11 years of teaching kindergarten, I've graduated, and am joining the "big kids!" This is my third year in 5th grade, and I'm totally ecstatic about this fun experience! We will be keeping very busy this year, while learning and mastering many topics with reading and mathematics.
I strive to let my kids be kids, while incorporating curriculum and learning how to be respectful and responsible as they grow. I graduated in 2010 from the University of Minnesota, Morris with a Pre-Primary Elementary Education degree. I also graduated in Oct. 2015 with my Masters in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University, Portland. A little about me: I live in McIntosh, with my husband Nate, and our daughters Adeline, Ava, Evie and our son Finn. We love spending our time outdoors camping, fishing, biking, swimming and playing outside. We love winters too, building snow forts, sledding and making snowmen. Watching movies and eating popcorn is also a favorite in our home! We enjoy following different sports teams such as the Vikings, Twins and our hometown WEM Patriots!! |
